Sign in to your Employer Dashboard and select Jobs, then Post a Job. Enter the job type, budget or compensation, industry, required skills, job requirements, job title and description, then review and submit your job.
Yes. StaffPool can use AI to suggest job requirements and wording based on the information you provide. You can accept, modify or replace the suggested content before publishing your job.
StaffPool compares your job requirements with verified worker profiles using factors such as skills, experience, location, availability, compensation expectations and other relevant criteria.
Bronze workers have completed identity and guarantor verification. Silver workers have also completed StaffPool Medical Clearance. Gold workers have additionally uploaded a Police Clearance Certificate that has been validated by StaffPool.
Yes. If you find a suitable candidate, you can invite the worker to apply. You can then communicate through StaffPool Messages and determine whether the candidate is a good fit.
No. StaffPool does not display individual medical test results to employers. Where applicable, the worker’s profile displays only the relevant medical clearance status and verification level.
StaffPool provides an internal messaging system for recruitment communication. During protected stages of the recruitment process, the platform may discourage or flag attempts to exchange telephone numbers or email addresses.
No. StaffPool verifies specific information and displays the verification level completed by each worker. Employers should still interview candidates, check suitability and conduct any additional due diligence appropriate for the position before hiring.
Registration is free. However, you must fund your StaffPool wallet with an initial ₦1,000 to complete the required worker and guarantor identity verification before you can apply for jobs.
The ₦1,000 is intended to cover your NIN verification and your guarantor’s NIN verification. Each successful verification costs ₦500.
A failed verification attempt costs ₦200. If this leaves insufficient funds to complete your required verification, StaffPool will ask you to top up your wallet. Wallet top-ups are made in increments of ₦1,000.
No. You can create and complete your profile, but you cannot apply for jobs or become visible to employers until you successfully complete the required identity and guarantor verification.
They show the level of verification you have completed. Bronze means identity and guarantor verification are complete. Silver adds Medical Clearance. Gold adds a validated Police Clearance Certificate and represents the highest StaffPool verification level.
No. Medical Clearance is an additional verification level. You can participate in the StaffPool marketplace once you achieve Bronze status. Completing Medical Clearance earns you Silver status and may increase your visibility to employers.
The applicable fee will be displayed on StaffPool before you make payment. StaffPool works with participating clinics to establish the screening fee.
First complete Bronze identity verification and Silver Medical Clearance. You can then obtain a Police Clearance Certificate at your own expense and upload it to StaffPool. Once StaffPool validates the certificate, your profile can be upgraded to Gold.
No. Higher verification levels may improve employer confidence and your visibility, but StaffPool does not guarantee employment or a particular salary. Employers make their own hiring decisions based on skills, experience, verification and job requirements.
StaffPool automatically matches verified workers with jobs based on skills and other relevant profile information. You can also search available jobs yourself and filter them by salary, experience level, location and date posted.
